Noko Kgaogelo Malatji spent over five years learning how banks work from the inside before she ever set foot in a forensic investigation.

That grounding in Nedbank's retail and credit operations turned out to be invaluable. Today, as a Forensic Pro-active Investigator within Nedbank's Financial Crime and Forensic Services division, she draws on years of banking experience and a Higher Certificate in Computer Forensics from Richfield to investigate fraud, financial misconduct and control weaknesses at a level few people ever reach.

Tuscan Roxanne Basier has spent close to a decade building software for one of South Africa's largest banks, and along the way, she's made a point of bringing other women in engineering with her.

Nosipho Masikane completed Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology after an earlier degree in Business Systems. The combination gave her more than technical know-how — it shaped the analytical thinking she now applies daily, from managing active directory access to spotting patterns in service desk trends that point towards bigger improvements.

Today, Nosipho is a Junior IT Support Engineer at M&C Saatchi Abel with her sights set on cybersecurity and IT governance next.

Laeeka Adam graduated from Richfield with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, earning her degree cum laude, and is currently completing her BSc Honours in Information Technology. She works as a Junior Data Scientist at Consumer Profile Bureau, where she develops business intelligence dashboards, writes SQL queries, builds Python automations and supports data-driven solutions that improve business performance.

Tefedi Maduna is a Senior Field Service Engineer and proud Richfield BSc Information Technology alumnus. With over a decade of experience in Clinical Engineering, Tefedi has built a career maintaining and repairing life-critical medical equipment across South Africa and neighbouring countries. Cebile Khomo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Richfield, a qualification she has built on with a Scrum Master certification and a Project Management credential. As a Financial Adviser at Liberty Group South Africa, Sanele Pakade works at the point where financial expertise meets genuine human care. His practice covers risk planning, investment solutions, financial needs analysis, and wealth protection strategies, each built around the specific goals and circumstances of the client in front of him.

A background spanning internal sales, marketing, and account management in the technology sector gave him an unusually complete picture of how products succeed or fail in the market.

That perspective now informs his work as SADC Product Manager for Asus at MITSUMI Distribution, where he translates complex technical decisions into clear regional strategy.
