Cebile Khomo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Richfield, a qualification she has built on with a Scrum Master certification and a Project Management credential. His practice covers risk planning, investment solutions, financial needs analysis, and wealth protection strategies, each built around the specific goals and circumstances of the client in front of him.

His Richfield Bachelor of Business Administration added academic depth to a professional profile already grounded in real-world financial services experience.

Sanele's approach treats every client engagement as a long-term partnership rather than a transaction, with the goal of making confident, informed financial planning accessible to individuals and families at every stage of life.

As Senior Manager for SME and Indirect Channels in the Gauteng Region, he leads multi-channel growth strategies across direct sales, virtual channels, branded retail, and prepaid solutions, driving digital access and transformation for small and medium enterprises at scale. His Richfield Bachelor of Business Administration sharpened the strategic and management thinking that underpins this work.

Ngqabutho's career has spanned some of South Africa's largest telecommunications organisations, where he built a reputation for developing high-performing sales cultures, designing scalable channel strategies, and growing enterprise partnerships with long-term staying power. Beyond his commercial track record, he is an active public speaker, MC, and panel moderator, contributing to broader business conversations and the development of emerging professionals across the country.

There is a particular kind of professional fluency that comes from having worked across multiple functions in a fast-moving industry, and Srikar Hiralal has it. A background spanning internal sales, marketing, and account management in the technology sector gave him an unusually complete picture of how products succeed or fail in the market.

That perspective now informs his work as SADC Product Manager for Asus at MITSUMI Distribution, where he translates complex technical decisions into clear regional strategy. Thembeka Snethemba Jiyane is a technical strategist who enriched her professional profile through a Richfield BSc IT (Hons) degree. Now a Data Modeller at Nedbank, she transforms complex information into the clear insights that drive corporate strategy and growth.

Her technical expertise has gained international recognition, including a speaking engagement at the Data Modelling Zone in Arizona and being named a finalist for Young Data Professional of the Year in 2025. Outside of her corporate role, she founded the Blessed Child Empowerment Projects (BCEP) to mentor the next generation in STEM.

Lunga Schoeman is a development impact strategist who added executive depth to his career with a Richfield Postgraduate Diploma in Management. Lorna Theresa Govender is an Al-driven Software Developer specializing in the development and testing of intelligent systems. Following her BSc IT graduation, she has focused on leveraging Azure OpenAI services to automate business processes and improve customer engagement. Her work includes building conversational AI systems tailored to complex datasets and optimizing prompt engineering for enterprise performance. Lorna is passionate about the intersection of QA and Machine Learning, ensuring that the next generation of AI applications remains functional and secure

Tebello Nonyane went from general labourer to Junior Foreman at Beefmaster Group by matching his work ethic with striving for growth. Tebello leveled up his expertise with a Richfield BCom. Today, he’s managing complex irrigation strategies.

Hervé Claude Batukonke is an accomplished Alumnus (MBA) and currently serves as Director General of the DRC’s Industrial Promotion Fund. His advanced business education sharpened his strategic vision, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of economic development. In his executive role, Hervé spearheads industrial policy implementation, investment facilitation, and promotion of sustainable industrialisation across the Democratic Republic of Congo.
