Richfield is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all students, including those under 18 and vulnerable adults. Our safeguarding policy is designed to protect students from all forms of harm, abuse, and exploitation across our campuses, online platforms, and institutional activities.

Zero Misconduct
We take a zero-tolerance approach to misconduct and focus on early intervention, awareness, and prevention. Dedicated Safeguarding Officers are appointed at each campus to manage concerns and ensure appropriate and timely action.

Student Safety
All staff, contractors, and volunteers undergo vetting and safeguarding training, and clear reporting procedures are in place to encourage the prompt escalation of concerns. While confidentiality is respected, student safety always remains our top priority.

Inclusive Support
We are committed to inclusive support, ensuring that students with disabilities and additional needs are fully supported. Our digital platforms are actively monitored to reduce risks such as cyberbullying and other online threats.

Where necessary, Richfield works in partnership with relevant authorities to safeguard student wellbeing. We comply with all applicable safeguarding legislation and regulatory requirements, and continuously review our policies to ensure they remain effective and responsive.
